Over the last few years, our regular correspondents have fielded at least one
or two questions per week on ball enlargement or more appropriately; ball sac
stretching.  This form of genital re-dimensioning is of keen interest and is
probably the easiest of all methods to apply.  There are many different ways 
to safely enlarge or stretch this male region and Part I here will examine some
of the most frequently practiced techniques.  Hopefully, you will find some
of this information useful.

OUR BALLS, OUR SELVES

Take a minute to repeat the following sentence: "That guy really has balls".
Depending on how you accented the statement, you probably placed your emphasis
on "guy" instead of "really has".  Semantics aside, there are balls and then 
there are BALLS.  Take your pants and underwear off and examine what you have
down there.  Like most other men, you probably see two hanging orbs in a 
wrinkled pouch, with one ball hanging higher than the other.  Depending on the
temperature, they are either swinging or are hugging around the shaft-base of
your cock.  Now, put your nuts in the palm of your hand, feels good huh?  
Slowly manipulate the ball sac and try to gently feel what lays in your grasp.
Without becoming aroused (heck, it's ok), look at your manpouch objectively
and become acquainted (or re-acquainted) with one of the most visible aspects
of your sexual attractiveness. 

Balls have always held a certain mystique about them.  In older civilizations,
a male's nuts were sacred and were objects of (at certain times and in certain
cultures) religious, social, cultural and magical power.  Today, this legacy
in Western civilization has been suppressed.  Active cock and ball worship is
still practiced by a determined few, but it is socially discouraged because of
the inability of many to handle their own biological urges and psychological
mores.  Unshackle your belts and liberate your cock and balls!!!



WHAT WE KNOW (OR SHOULD KNOW) BY NOW

You already know that your balls are sensitive to touch, pressure, temperature
and suntans, so let's understand what we have hanging between our thighs.  

Our sex system is partly visible and partly hidden inside our bodies.  You
don't need a degree in rocket science to see your cock and balls.  Your nuts,
are formally called the "testes" and they lay within your nutsack also
formally called the "scrotum".  The two testes (normally) are your male
reproductive glands.  They hang in your scrotum, are kind of oval and are
about, on the average, 1 3/4" long and 1 inch wide.  Each ball has its own
independent sac and your left nut probably hangs lower in its sac than the
right one.  The size of the testes is genetically determined and except for
extraordinary occurrences (disease, surgery, infection, etc.) can not be
enlarged to any great degree.  

Your testes produce the male hormone, testosterone (hot nuts!) and also make
sperm cells.  The balls float in the scrotum to some degree and from each one
a number of small tubes is attached (the epididymides) around the outside of
each ball.  One major tube attached to each ball is the vas deferens (the
chord). These tubes carry your sperm cells to the prostate gland where the
sperm is mixed with seminal fluid.  This combined fluid is your cum (squirt).

Use your touch to locate your balls and delfty handle one of your testes.  Can
you feel or make out the epididymides and the vas deferens?  Do you notice the
different tactile sensitivities around the ball?  Now you know why a dedicated
ball sucker can drive you into pumping a load to the ceiling.  The nerve
endings around this area are very aware of any pressure.  Nearly all of us
have gotten hit in the nuts at some point in our lives in the extreme or try
wearing a too-tight pair of briefs or boxers for an extended period of time.

Now that you are armed with these biological facts, let's look at ball methods!


BULL BALLS, SQUIRREL NUTS OR - THAT GUY REALLY HAS BALLS!!!
  
When we speak of enlarging the balls, what we are actually saying is that the
ball sac (i.e. the scrotum-remember?) can be enlarged by a number of
non-intrusive and non-medical ways.  The balls themselves are usually set for
life as to size and except for inflammations, infections or surgical
interventions, you can not greatly enlarge your testicles.  We would not steer
you wrong about this even though some charlatans may have a system purporting
to offer a remedy for small balls.  The fact is is that your're born with your
berries whether they are the size of grapes or grapefruits.  

Ball sac stretching is as old as the hills.  While actual evidence of this
practice has yet to be discovered, you can believe that somewhere in some time
long ago, some horny fucker sat around pulling on his nuts, the same way we
guys do now.  Let's look at some of the safer methods.


BALL METHODS

The first method is the simplest and doesn't involve equipment (per se) or
lots of time.  Go take a leak.  When you are finished, give your nutsack a
gentle tugging.  Think about it!  You go to the loo maybe 7-8 times a day and
each time you tug away.  Over time this will help to lower the ballsac because
you are manually forcing it downward.  The more you gently pull and the longer
you pull (timewise) will affect the hang of your testicle bag.  This method is
recommended for novices, it is safe and is effective.  The drawbacks are:
amount of time to see positive results (it is the slowest method) and your
patience.  On the other hand, you control the pull, the times and you have not
spent any money.

Another method worth trying relies on using a cock and ball stretcher.  You
can normally buy just the ball stretcher, but for the money you can get both.
A few of the editors here (3) use them with weights attached for pull.  This
is not recommended for novices.  First you need to set some time out for this
practice and then you have to judge the amount of weight that your cock and
balls can handle comfortably.  It is a faster way but again, depending on your
patience, persistence and time available - this method will assist in
stretching the sack downwards.  Make sure that you use a lubricant to help in
reducing chafing of the sensitive skin areas and please be realistic about the
weights you use.  It's just like going to the gym and free weighting - too
much weight can harm you!  Another word on weights, don't move around when you
are using weights - think about it for a second.  One editor had a comment on
a contest he went to last year in NYC, the record ball pull (yep) was 67
pounds.  If you are new to weights, start light and move as little as possible.
One editor preferred having his life partner suck his nuts and ballsac at every
opportunity, all editors agreed that this would be ideal but reality and
practicality (and a tired mouth) would make this way great but unavailable for
many men (any ball lappers out there?).


Four of our editors vacuum pump their balls and report that both the sack and
the testes expand.  One editor pumps his nuts separately, while the others
pump both cock and balls in the same tube.  For those into this form of
enlargement, you need a hand held vacuum pump large enough to accommodate your
package or one of the machine types which may offer ball pumps  or larger
sized tubes for both cock and balls.  This is not recommended for amateurs and
the same restrictions, advantages and disadvantages apply here as had been
applied to the Series on Pumping (See this Board for Pumping 101).  This
method shows the fastest results (even if temporary) outside of direct medical
intervention.

BALL METHODS

Four of the five editors here did not want to mention the last two ways.  In
all fairness and in order to present as much on this topic as possible, these
two methods are discussed here.  

Medical intervention is a personally obtrusive way to get a bigger set of
balls.  In Europe and Japan, medical doctors will, for a hefty fee, surgically
remove your testes and insert implants.  In this country this procedure is
done only for men who are born without one or the other ball or may have lost
their testes to disease, accident, etc.  The balls you receive can be a little
bigger than what you gave up but don't expect two or more times the amount of
size increase.  In fact the size of implants is limited by the scrotum and
many doctors will try only to match the size.  So the disadvantages outweigh
the advantages as to  cost, complications (and they could arise) and
availability of this surgical procedure.

Another medical way was experimented with back in the 1950's during the
hey-day of transexual re-assignment.  In Europe (Scandinavia), doctors tried
to find ways of building a reasonably natural looking set of testes for female
to male patients.  They experimented with silicone, thinking that what it did
for female breast implants would work for the balls as well.  Well it didn't
work and the silicone actually disfigured many of the first patients who had
this form of experimental surgery.  Research into implants is still going on
and except for use in certain cases (disease, accident, etc) the injection of
any type of silicone derivative is limited and still primitive.

The only two methods that all editors would agree on would be tugging and
pumping because of genital safety and process efficacy.  So if bigger balls
are your goal, try these two methods.  They are inexpensive, safe and can
offer you a chance to enlarge the scrotum naturally.


AFTERTHOUGHTS AND ASIDES

Size is a relative concept and for many unenlightened men, size does not
matter.  We here are into size and realize that for the most part cock,
testes, and scrotum size are genetic and in order to change a dimensional
aspect, you have to work at it.  Pulling and pumping, if done on a regular,
nonimpact basis do work to enlarge and thicken.  Over time the area(s) that
is affected will respond to your stimuli.  It should be your goal to do it
safely, do it regularly and do it big.  One of our editors here has a set of
naturally big balls which could fill two large hands, while another editor has
a ball sac that goes three quarters down his pantsleg.  This particular editor
uses weights and credits his natural hang to the fact that as a child he had
mumps which swelled his scrotum and left him with not only a longer ballsac
but with a set of very large (each 2 1/2") testes.  Knowing the influence of
these words, we would like to leave you with some simple guidelines on ballsac
stretching/pumping/tugging.


1.  Become acquainted or re-acquainted with your body, your cock and your
balls.  Take it slow and be gentle.  If there is any pain or discomfort - stop
immediately!  These signs are warnings from your body for you to stop and
reflect.  

2.  Set aside time on a regular basis where you will not be disturbed or
distracted from the regimen of your activity.  

3.  Whichever method you primarily use, learn all you can about it.  On this

get together with others into a particular method of choice and exchange
